Overview

SimpleTherapy, Inc. engages certain third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to process Customer Data in connection with the delivery of ProPlayAI sports performance analysis services. SimpleTherapy maintains appropriate contractual arrangements with each Subprocessor to ensure data protection standards consistent with applicable laws and our commitments to customers.

This list applies to ProPlayAI and PitchAI products and services.

Authorized Subprocessors

Subprocessor	Purpose
Microsoft Azure	Cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage (for videos and metadata), database services, networking, and security services
Cloudflare	DNS management and performance optimization
Mailgun	Secure transactional email delivery with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protections
Datadog	Monitoring and observability platform for application logs, metrics, and performance data
Stripe	Payment processing, billing, and subscription management
Apple Developer	Publishing and distribution of iOS applications
Google Play Console	Publishing and distribution of Android applications

Note Regarding Minor Athletes

ProPlayAI is used by athletes of all ages, including minors. All Subprocessors are contractually bound to protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable. We do not share personal data of minors with Subprocessors except as necessary to provide the Services.

Data Location

Unless otherwise specified in a customer agreement, data is primarily processed in the United States. For customers requiring specific data residency (e.g., UK, EU, Australia), please contact us to discuss available options.

Updates to This List

SimpleTherapy may update this Subprocessor list from time to time:

We will provide at least fourteen (14) days’ prior notice before authorizing a new Subprocessor
Enterprise customers with an executed DPA may object to a new Subprocessor as described in the DPA
The current version of this list is always available at proplayai.com/subprocessors
